I stopped getting reminders. How do I fix it?

Edited

If you aren't getting reminders, here’s what may be happening:

  • If you're using iOS:

iOS limits apps to 60 scheduled reminders at a time. Once those run out, you need to open the app so that more can be scheduled. For example: if you have 10 reminders per day, you’ll need to open the app at least once a week to keep them going. If that doesn't solve the issue, follow these steps:

    • Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap "Notifications". Find the app in the list and make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on. Check that alerts are set to "Immediate Delivery" and not scheduled as a summary.

    • If you use a Focus mode (Sleep, Do Not Disturb, etc.), open "Focus" in Settings and allow the app to send notifications.

    • Open the app and check your reminder settings. Turn the reminder off and back on.

  • If you're using Android:

Some Android devices or third-party apps may block notifications. You can try the following:

    • Check your device settings to make sure notifications are turned on

    • Review your battery optimization settings, they may be preventing notifications from working

    • Follow these steps to make sure your notifications are set up correctly
